Thanks to your contributions, the Theta-Zeta Chapter house has undergone a significant renovation. These improvements not only enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space but also create a more welcoming and modern environment for our brothers.

- Enhanced Curb Appeal: A beautiful new front overhang with antebellum architecture, featuring ivory-white columns, creates a grand and inviting entrance.
- Improved Accessibility: A cobblestone entryway provides a stylish and functional walkway leading into the house.
- Honoring Tradition: A commemorative tablet on the front porch proudly reads “It remains and shall remain,” a significant phrase for Kappa Sigma.
- Technological Upgrade: High-speed Wi-Fi access ensures our brothers stay connected and can fully utilize modern technology for academic and social purposes.
- Infrastructure Improvements: Upgraded plumbing ensures the longevity and functionality of the building’s core systems.
